Pool with clear water, sides and bottom showing green stains :
To properly start the season, turn on filtration and pour a 5 litres ECOSWIMSHOCK can for a volume of 30 m³ to eliminate all impurities from the water.
Immediately after this step, pour ECO all around the pool and SWIM (well shaken), in the skimmer or buffer tank, for sand filter equipped systems. For all the other types of filters, dilute SWIM in a water bucket prior to pouring in the skimmers to prevent clogging.

Pool with greenish water ( pool bottom not visible )
To begin the season in good condition, turn on filtration, pour a 5 litres ECOSWIMSHOCK can for a 20 m³ volume to eliminate water impurities and let it work for 24 hours. ( with filtration turned on continuously ).
Then, pour ECO all around the pool and SWIM (well shaken) in the skimmer or the buffer tank for sand filter filtration systems. For all the other types of filters, dilute SWIM in a water bucket prior to pouring in the skimmer to prevent clogging.
After 24 hours, if the water is still murky, it is necessary to use the floculating agent. Turn on filtration for an hour and add 5 litres of "Clearwater" for 40 m³.
One hour later, turn off the pumps and filtration and let it rest for 12 hours to let the particles deposit at the bottom of the pool.
After 12 hours, vacuum clean the deposits at the bottom of the pool with a hand suction apparatus ( vacuum brush ) doing it nice and easy to avoid putting the particles in suspension in the water again, you would have before hand selected the sewer position on the filtration valve.
Do not use robot cleaner as it would stir all the particles back in suspension.
Never recycle the muds pumped at the bottom back in the pool.

I just put the product, my water is murky :
- Turn filtration on continuously for 24 hours and check filtration time is correct. If there were algae in the water, use flocculating agent.

There are black or brown stains on my liner and brushing them does not result in anything :
- You have fungus growth due to humidity under the liner. These water seepages are resulting from liner micro-porosity, (it has reached the end of its potential), or external water surge.
To momentarily remove those stains, directly pour ECOSWIMSHOCK on the stains, turn filtration off for at least 1 hour.
Nothing will definitely remove those stains, unless you renew your installation.

Algae start to appear or sides are slippery :
- Check that filtration times and and filter cleanliness are correct and make sure you have correctly followed the starting steps. Recalculate the pool volume and check you have used the appropriate dose.

I have just checked the pH and I have a funny reading :
- Make sure the apparatus you are using is not of the drop type but the tablet type as the drops are chemically reacting with ECOSWIM and the indicated value is not reliable. With ECOSWIM, pH may be positionned between 6,8 and 7,8. If for some unknown reason the pH goes haywire, you can adjust it using some pH+ and pH-.

I forgot to treat after 21 days, my water is green or begins to turn green :
- Use ECOSWIMSHOCK and follow the starting steps .
Back
I used a floculating agent after starting and my water is still murky :
- While vacuuming the bottom of the pool you have put some particles back in suspension. Turn filtration off for 12 hours and renew vacuum operation discharging in the sewer.

I am reaching day 21 and the water is always extremely clear :
- ECOSWIM decomposes rapidly, you need to treat with the amount of ECOSWIM adapted to the volume of your pool. Do not wait more than 21 days to renew the treatment.
